Once a windowless concrete showroom, the structure now anchors Shelbyville Road with pedestrian-friendly storefronts, warm materials, and a bold, modern façade. Inside, Wasteology’s top-floor office embraces a refined industrial aesthetic, where glass partitions balance transparency and texture. The open office layout features clean-lined cubicles in muted tones, enhancing light and visibility throughout the space. Floor-to-ceiling glass office fronts flood interiors with daylight while maintaining a sense of connection. The welcoming reception area combines warm woods, colorful accents, and soft furnishings, framed by expansive views of the surrounding cityscape. A vibrant breakroom integrates wood grain cabinetry, bright green highlights, and cozy banquette seating, fostering a sense of community. Outside, a stylish patio overlooking Shelbyville Road offers employees a relaxed space to recharge, seamlessly extending the interior’s thoughtful, contemporary design.
