Joseph & Joseph Architects was chosen to design a phased renovation of this historic structure, starting with on the first floor. As a planned upgrade and modernize to the facility, the hotel needed to remove 12,000 square feet of outdated office space to create four new conference rooms, a business center for guests, new restrooms and a catering preparation kitchen. All construction of the project was completed while the hotel remained open for business.
