Joseph & Joseph Architects was chosen to design The Brown Hotel Green Roof. The 4,900 square foot, unoccupied roof was transformed into a sellable event space. The project included removing the roofing, installing new roof supports, new exits, installing a new roofing system, new guard railing, pavers and perimeter plantings.
