Following the successful Main Lobby, Porte-Cochere and Restaurant project, the Hyatt Regency asked Joseph & Joseph Architects to assist in the complete renovation of the eighteen-story hotel’s 393 guestrooms, along with the indoor swimming pool and associated support spaces. Working closely with the Hyatt’s design and contractor teams, Joseph & Joseph expertly guided the project through logistical challenges, multiple consultants and an accelerated completion schedule. Utilizing a combination of muted colors and textures, the new rooms offer a refreshing, clean, contemporary aesthetic.
Guests can now enjoy luxurious upgrades to floor, wall and ceiling finishes; along with distinctive fixtures, casework, lighting and accessories. In conjunction with the guest room and corridor renovation, Joseph & Joseph also modernized the hotel’s outdated swimming pool and restrooms. The makeover includes a sophisticated pallet of finishes, complimentary furnishings, and improved accessibility. The pool now serves as an exciting back drop to social events and private group functions.
