Waterfront Park Place Condominiums are the answer for luxurious downtown living in Louisville.  The interiors of the high rise on the river’s edge had to be luxurious and inviting while maintaining a connection to its views.  The custom murals depicting water, the undulating wood wall and the diagonal patterning of the terrazzo floor along with the lighted ceiling panels are elements taken from its neighbors; the Ohio River, the downtown grid, and Waterfront Park.
