Working together with ECI, the restaurant division of the Cordish Company, Joseph & Joseph + Bravura helped develop this unique gaming and bar concept for the 4^th Street Live! downtown entertainment venue. With a capacity of over 500, patrons have their choice of a variety of group gaming options such as, Billiards, Foosball, Corn Hole, Ping Pong, even a full size Bocci Ball court. Two large, circular bars, along with kitchen service, complement the action. Prominently located on the second floor of the historic Kaufman Straus Building, the 13,400 square foot project features three outdoor VIP balconies, overlooking the street and festival stage below; and a dramatic open stairway connecting to the first floor sports club. Bravura provided design, construction document and permitting services along with mechanical and structural coordination, including extensive field investigation of the historical building.
