Joseph & Joseph + Bravura was selected to design this 42,000-square-foot community health center to fit the residential scale of the adjacent homes in the neighborhood. The scale, materials, detailing and massing were all designed to allow the building to be a low anxiety facility with a residential feel.

This facility provides several clinic areas, pediatrics, specialties and adult clinics. X-ray, laboratory, ambulatory surgery and a pharmacy are also included. This building houses administrative, community meeting spaces and a dental clinic. The program was developed from interviews with the staff and incorporated separate circulation areas for patients and staff, with the necessary patient and record privacy issues successfully addressed.
