In 2016, Joseph & Joseph Architects partnered with HKS Architects to provide a wide range of Construction Administration services during the two-year construction build-out of the Omni Hotel located in downtown Louisville. The highly anticipated mixed-use building combines over 600 luxury hotel rooms and 225 residential units, together with meeting spaces, expansive lobbies, three unique restaurants and other guest amenities. With its sophisticated contemporary design, the 30-story, $300 million project has become a striking presence on the city’s skyline.

Our team supplied local architectural oversite, acting as liaison between the Dallas based design architect, the general contractor, and the ownership group. Delivering direct, full-time support, responding to daily job site issues, progress reporting, submittal review, and pay request processing utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and software.
