NuLu Marketplace North is an three-story, mixed-use development located at 814 East Main Street in Louisville, Kentucky’s vibrant NuLu district. This expansion of the NuLu Marketplace aims to enhance the area’s urban fabric by integrating retail, office, and hospitality spaces in a pedestrian-friendly environment.  Expected to open in early 2026, NuLu Marketplace North represents a thoughtful addition to Louisville’s East Market District, balancing modern development with the area’s historic character.  The building will encompass approximately 61,000 square feet across three floors.  The first level is dedicated to retail and entertainment spaces, contributing to the area’s dynamic street life and supporting local businesses.  The second and third floors will house office spaces and short-term rental units, catering to the growing demand for flexible workspaces and temporary accommodations in the area.  An uncovered pedway will link the second floors of NuLu Marketplace North and the existing NuLu Marketplace, facilitating seamless movement between the two developments .
