Joseph & Joseph + Bravura developed a public/private model for a mixed-use retail and residential development on the northeast corner of the KSU campus.  The proposed retail village would provide housing for upper level and married students; it would offer entertainment, restaurants, coffee shops and retail venues with parking; and introduce a new main entrance on the east side of the campus that would reinforce the link between the existing facilities on the north side of the campus and the planned facilities on the south side of campus that are currently.
