The historic Belknap Hardware and Manufacturing Company complex on the edge of downtown Louisville was adapted for a new use as a high-technology business center for the insurance operations of Humana Inc.  This 650,000 sq. ft. industrial behemoth was made to serve new contemporary needs, while architecturally celebrating the muscle, brawn, and idealism of the industrial revolution in crafting and detailing its re-birth.
