Located within the Creekside Center on one of very few places within The Parklands where the bank of the creek is above the flood plain. It was here that the community center was built to safely command views of the creek. The Kentucky tobacco barn metaphors are definitely part of this buildings’ constitution, but also with an emphasis on views through expanses of glass to outside lawns, the creek and the bridge. It is designed to accommodate meetings and events.

The central lodge hall extends outside to a deck perched on the bank with spectacular views up and down the creek. On the east side of the central hall is located the office, restrooms, hospitality suite, storage, and a gathering room for up 30-50 people. On the west side of the central hall is a large sub-dividable event space for 250-350 people and the catering work area.
