This 100,000 square feet office renovation was a complete rebuild of a historic building in downtown Louisville. The building had been vacant for numerous years and was in disrepair. The building was constructed with a phased occupancy plan to allow the tenant to move in as soon as possible.

The design of the completed office was created to maximize work flow in the space. Joseph & Joseph Architects took into consideration the numerous departments and their needs within the major tenants’ spaces. In addition, visitor traffic, security, as well as the in-house processes were major design factors. A variety of private flexible office space, ample small and large group meeting spaces were integrated into the design.
