W.K. Stewart's Bookstore
This building is the current location for the offices of Joseph & Joseph. Coincidentally, this building has the same address as the very first project designed by the firm in 1908. The first project, a shoeshine shop, was demolished in 1928 to make way for W.K. Stewart’s Bookstore.
Joseph & Joseph purchased and restored the building in 1996 (later renovating the third story, storage space since 1928, into a loft apartment with a roof-top deck). Later that year the National Parks Service placed the building on the National Register.
