St. Charles Building

The St. Charles Building is the oldest building along Louisville’s Main Street District, which includes one of the largest collections of cast-iron facades in the U.S. The renovation/rehabilitation of this historic structure is part of the revitalization of the downtown area. This project for Brown-Forman Corp. required repair of the cast-iron façade as well as complete updating of the interior.
