C. Merrill Moter III • Principal-in-Charge

As Principal-in-Charge of Joseph & Joseph’s architectural design, Merrill Moter is responsible for overall management of various projects from award of a commission until completion of construction. He is directly responsible for projects with construction costs of more than $28,000,000. Merrill has extensive experience with new construction, as well as renovation and expansion projects. He has earned a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional certificate, and he was the first architect in Kentucky to become an Accredited Green Roof Professional.
