As Principal-in-Charge of Joseph & Joseph’s architectural design, Merrill Moter is responsible for overall management of various projects from award of a commission until completion of construction. He is directly responsible for projects with construction costs of more than $28,000,000. Mr. Moter has extensive experience with new construction, as well as renovation and expansion projects.

Registered Architect in the following states:
State of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

Mr. Moter began his career at Joseph & Joseph in 1972 as an apprentice architect and became Principal in 1982.
