Joseph & Joseph is part of the development team for 25 luxury condominiums at the corner of Cherokee Road and Highland Avenue. The historic building, located in the Cherokee Triangle Preservation District, opened in 1929 as the Charles P. Moorman Home for Women. Its transformation into residential condos started in May 2005. Included in the project are hardwood floors, high-end kitchens, 10- and 11-ft. ceilings, a fitness facility and lower-level, indoor parking. Phase two will feature new construction adjacent to the existing neighborhood landmark building.
