Joseph & Joseph is developing luxury condominiums at the corner of Cherokee Road and Highland Avenue.  The historic building, located in the Cherokee Triangle Preservation District, opened in 1929 as the Charles P. Moorman Home for Women. Its development into residential condos started in May, 2005.
