Henry Clay/Formerly Off Broadway Lofts
Joseph & Joseph was the original design firm for this nationally recognized, historic Elks Club in 1923. Over the years, we have been involved in its renovation into the Henry Clay Hotel and then into a YMCA. Now, more than 80 years after finishing construction, we are providing architectural services for its further renovation into 60 apartments and condos and four floors of retail space. The apartments include lofts, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.
